Refund policy

Oak & Palm offers a 14 day store credit or exchange policy. Your return must be unused and in the original condition as purchased with original tags.  You will be issued a store credit once the item(s) have been received and processed.  

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Clearance/sale items and gift certificates are non-refundable.
